about

I started playing pickleball in 2016 and instantly fell in love with the sport and its community. For the past four years, I've been a Selkirk sponsored pickleball player and member of Lululemon's Sweat Collective. As a certified PPR Teaching Pro, I’ve had the privilege of coaching all over North America alongside some of the top coaches in pickleball. I have also traveled extensively competing at the Pro/Open level, earning medals such as Gold and Bronze at the U.S. Open Championships, Bronze at Canadian Nationals, Silver at the APP: LA Open, Gold at the Ottawa Open, and Silver at the Newport Beach Classic, among others.
As pickleball has surged in popularity across Canada, I've become an advocate for increased facilities, youth programs, and initiatives that utilize the physical and mental health benefits of the sport for Canadians. Additionally, I serve as a consultant, leveraging my expertise and connections within the pickleball market to assist companies in navigating this dynamic community.
I grew up in Toronto, Ontario, where I played various sports, ultimately focusing on competitive basketball and soccer. I earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from McMaster University, followed by a postgraduate degree in Public Relations. In my free time, I love spending time with family and friends, staying active with activities like padel and hiking, and engaging with youth through my nonprofit, Rally for Play.

In 2023, I founded the nonprofit Rally for Play, aimed at harnessing the mental and physical health benefits of pickleball for kids of all ages and abilities. Pickleball is easy to learn, fun, and accessible to everyone, making it the ideal activity to encourage youth to unplug, stay active, and play!
